Tutto inizia con papà Vito, per tutti Tuccino, che alla fine degli anni ’60 decide di fare da mangiare nella sua baracca di legno e stuoie di canne dove vendeva cozze e frutti di mare. Oggi è Pasquale Centrone l’anima del Ristorante Da Tuccino. Nei suoi occhi, allegri e indomiti, ci sono gli occhi del papà Tuccino e della mamma Tonetta. Cultore dell’eccellenza più assoluta sceglie personalmente il pesce ogni mattina. Appassionato di vini, Pasquale continua a ricercare in continuazione le bottiglie migliori da inserire nella già fornitissima carta dei vini. Da Tuccino a Pasquale. Una storia che continua.
